Your role with us: You will be the go-to expert for remuneration, role analysis, benefits and recognition, bringing consistency and confidence to complex work across the function. Ownership sits with the day-to-day execution of our reward approach, while also helping shape its future direction as a thought partner to the Head of Performance, Reward & Talent. As we expand into new markets, you’ll contribute to our global reward strategy by combining best-practice thinking with local nuance, using insight and analysis to guide direction.
