This includes crimping, soldering, connector backshell assembly, and cable routing to meet fit, form, and workmanship standards.
Harness Fabrication and Installation: Fabricate, inspect, and install wire harnesses and cable assemblies at required quality and standards, ensuring proper routing, strain relief, shielding, and continuity.
System Integration: Work alongside engineering and quality teams to integrate avionics components and subsystems into spacecraft structures, supporting checkouts, functional tests, and troubleshooting to root cause.
Testing and Validation: Conduct and support avionics testing including continuity, hi-pot, RF link, functional, and environmental testing. Operate GSE and automated test equipment to verify system performance.
PCB Assembly and Repair: Assemble, inspect, and rework printed circuit board assemblies to required quality and standards, including component placement, soldering, and conformal coating. Perform board-level troubleshooting and repair to support hardware turnaround and production flow.
