Liatrio is seeking a dynamic and experienced AWS Alliance Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our AI-forward engineering enablement practice and establishing a formal alliance with AWS.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all facets of partnerships - channel management, strategic planning, marketing/field event coordination, partner portal management, sales, and a deep understanding of AWS technologies, solutions, partner programs and ecosystem.   This position requires an action-oriented leader with excellent relationship-building skills and a proven track record of generating pipeline wins in the AWS partner ecosystem, specifically as it relates to AI use cases. If you have a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act or similar law, or you require a religious accommodation, and you wish to discuss potential accommodations related to applying for employment at our company, please contact hello@liatrio.com. country: US all locations: [Remote] commitment: Full-Time department: location: Remote team: Revenue Team & Strategy Sales, Strategy & Execution:: Establish a net-new alliance with AWS, centered around AI-enablement and transformation Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive AWS AI services growth within large enterprise organizations Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging AWS partner programs and joint investments to accelerate wins  Collaborate with Liatrio's sales and alliance leadership to align AWS sales strategies with overall business objectives Engage in market-facing events and conferences to identify new leads and opportunities Channel Management::  Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS and other key partners to drive joint sales efforts.  Manage and optimize channel partner performance, ensuring alignment with AWS and Liatrio sales goals.  Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with AWS and other partners. Collaboration & Leadership: :  Work closely with Liatrio's revenue, delivery, and innovation teams to drive adoption of Liatrio's AI-enabled engineering approach through AWS's Generative AI partner channels and programs  Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AWS technologies to maintain a competitive edge  Serve as internal AWS alliance ambassador to drive awareness and engagement with Liatrio client delivery and account teams  Lead the AWS alliance opportunity management process, including creating and updating joint CRM system entries, reporting, and maintenance. Best in class AI tools (both internal and external) will be at your disposal to automate as much of this process as possible to allow you to focus on driving outcomes with AWS.  Maintain the AWS pipeline and coordinate joint campaigns and sales initiatives. Sales, Reporting & Analysis::  Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management within the revenue organization  Analyze pipeline to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement  Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline in coordination with our client principals, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning Required Experience: : 7+ years' relevant experience with a focus on AWS cloud and AI solutions.  Prior experience as an AWS alliance lead, whether at AWS or with a premier AWS partner. Prior experience establishing a net-new partnership with a large technology or CSP  Deep relationships with AWS Generative AI sales and/or partner leadership.  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth preferred. Strong understanding of AWS technologies and solutions, with relevant certifications preferred Experience in the enterprise market is extremely preferable  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.  Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Experience with AWS partner incentive programs preferred.  Experience managing a portfolio of opportunities in the AWS Partner Network (APN) Customer Engagement (ACE) portal is a plus.  Experience with Hubspot and other CRM platforms.  AWS certification (ex. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP)) desired.  Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
