Here’s what makes us different: - 🏡Local roots, national impact - you’ll be a part of a team that’s helping patients across Canada while staying grounded in a close-knit, Port Coquitlam-based operation. - 📦Focused work environment - Our mail-order model is designed for accuracy and efficiency, allowing you to focus on patient care in a calm, well-structured environment. - 👥People-first workplace - We prioritize teamwork, open communication, and a shared commitment to doing great work. - ⏰ Predictable, steady schedule - Enjoy a consistent work routine with scheduled shifts set in advance What You’ll Do - Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures. - Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications. - Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations. - Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with all privacy and regulatory standards. - Collaborate closely with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and other pharmacy staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations. - Ensure full compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. - Flexibility to support shift coverage on short notice is considered an asset. What We’re Looking For - Licensing: Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, in good standing. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high volume setting preferred. - Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems. - Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation is essential. - Team Player: Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team. - Strong Communicator: Excelled in verbal and written communication skills.
