Ship, measure, learn, repeat Lead user research to validate what we’re building Establish product metrics and instrumentation to guide decisions Make hard calls on prioritization, scope, and tradeoffs to maintain velocity Coordinate go-to-market with marketing and growth teams Contribute to company strategy as part of the leadership team Requirements: 4+ years in product management at high-growth startups Direct experience in trading or exchanges Track record shipping 0-to-1 products and scaling them.
