Staff Accountant

Position Overview: We’re looking for an eager and adaptable Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, inventory cost accounting, billing, and the month-end close process. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $75,000 and $84,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Assist with AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting, as needed Assist with audit support and documentation Maintain accurate accounting records and compliance with policies. Assist with ad-hoc projects, including data analysis, audit support, and systems implementations Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field 1–4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred) Basic understanding of GAAP Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
