Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.  Role: Managing Partner  Location: NYC Metro Area   About the role:  You’ll be the strategic and commercial leader of OLIVER’s North America studio for the client — equally a trusted partner, creative champion, and business operator. You'll set the vision for how the studio delivers value, ensure creative excellence across every touchpoint, and be accountable for the North America P&L (supported by an Account Director). This is a role where client leadership, team development, and operational rigor meet. You'll shape how AI transforms the studio's capabilities, embedding it not as a novelty but as a genuine accelerator of quality, speed, and personalization.  Success means a thriving client relationship built on trust and exceptional work, a motivated and growing team, a commercially healthy studio, and a reputation as a leader in AI-enabled creative delivery.    What you will be doing:  Lead the North America partnership for the client— serve as the senior point of contact, building trust at CMO and VP level and ensuring OLIVER is positioned as an indispensable strategic partner  Be accountable for the North America P&L, overseeing revenue, margin, resourcing, and forecasting with the support of an Account Director and finance partners  Set the creative and strategic standard across integrated campaigns, always‑on content, CRM, social, digital, and brand activity for the client's portfolio of brands. Guide and develop a team of 20+ creatives and account professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, craft, and continuous improvement  Identify and activate growth opportunities — new brands, new workstreams, new capabilities — that deepen the partnership and expand the studio's scope  Champion AI integration across the studio, establishing a vision for how generative AI tools enhance creative output, production efficiency, and personalization at scale  Establish AI governance and quality standards, ensuring responsible use with strong human oversight and creative judgment  Partner with the client’s marketing, brand, and procurement teams to align studio priorities with business objectives and campaign calendars. Translate client challenges into clear briefs and strategic direction that enable the creative team to deliver outstanding work  Report on studio performance — creative quality, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, commercial results — to OLIVER senior leadership  Represent OLIVER in industry forums and with senior stakeholders, contributing to thought leadership on in-house models, AI, and creative effectiveness    What you need to be great in this role:  A strong track record in senior client leadership — leading large, complex accounts at the intersection of brand, creative, and commercial strategy  Experience overseeing P&L or significant revenue responsibility, with confidence in forecasting, margin management, and commercial negotiation  Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP / C-suite level)  Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams of 20+, creating environments where people do their best work  Deep understanding of integrated marketing — campaigns, content, CRM, social, digital, brand — and how these connect to deliver business results  A portfolio of work (or leadership of work) that demonstrates creative ambition and strategic rigor  Experience in regulated industries (valued but not essential)  Sharp commercial instincts — able to spot growth opportunities and build compelling cases for expanded scope  The ability to simplify complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and make decisions with clarity and accountability  AI fluency: deep, hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) and a clear point of view on how they reshape creative and production workflows  AI strategy and vision: ability to set the direction for AI adoption across a studio — defining where AI adds value, where human creativity leads, and how to govern quality  Agentic leadership: a systematic, goal-oriented approach to complex business challenges — breaking them into components, identifying the best path forward, and executing with adaptability  AI capability building: experience developing AI literacy and confidence across teams, establishing best practices and responsible use standards  Thought leadership: a credible, informed voice on AI's role in creative industries, able to represent OLIVER's perspective to clients and the wider market  At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $212,500.00 to $237,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
