Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.  Role: Production Designer   Location: Toronto, Canada    About the role:  You'll be the production engine of the studio, ensuring that creative assets are adapted, resized, and delivered to the highest standard across every channel and format. Working primarily on the adaptation and production of existing creative, you'll occasionally contribute to original design work under the direction of the Senior Art Director. Success means assets that are accurate, consistent, and production-ready - delivered on time and to a standard that upholds the quality of the client's brands. Your technical precision, organised approach, and ability to manage a high volume of work without losing attention to detail will make you an essential part of the studio's day-to-day output.    What you will be doing:  Adapt, resize, and reformat creative assets across a broad mix of channels including digital, social, email, print, and OOH  Prepare and package final production files for handoff to external vendors, printers, and publishers, ensuring all assets meet required specifications  Work closely with the Senior Art Director to ensure all adaptations are visually consistent and aligned with the client's brand guidelines  Support the Senior Art Director with original design work where required, contributing to the studio's creative output under clear direction  Manage multiple asset deliveries simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and consistency across a high volume of work  Maintain organised file management and version control across all production assets, ensuring the studio's asset library is up to date and clearly structured  Navigate compliance and legal approval processes inherent to financial services marketing, ensuring all production assets meet regulatory requirements  Collaborate closely with the wider studio team — including the Account Manager and Project Manager — to ensure assets are delivered on time and to specification  Contribute a solutions-oriented approach to production challenges, finding efficient ways to deliver high-quality work at pace    What you need to be great in this role:  1-3 years of production design experience, ideally within a marketing agency, in-house studio, or regulated industry environment  A portfolio demonstrating production design experience across a mix of digital and traditional channels — a portfolio is required as part of your application  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential  Strong understanding of multi-channel production requirements, including file preparation and handoff for digital and print  Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency across a high volume of assets  Highly organised with strong file management skills and the ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously  A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment  Experience working within a regulated industry; financial services and/or loyalty program experience is preferred  Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with a 3-day in-office schedule at our Wilmington, Delaware location  Familiarity with Figma  Experience with animation or motion design  HTML/CSS knowledge or experience  Experience working on co-branded credit card, loyalty, or rewards marketing programs  Familiarity with compliance-driven creative approval workflows within financial services marketing  At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $59,500.00 to $66,500.00 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
