Working at the intersection of brand strategy, creative execution, and commercial growth, you’ll translate complex business challenges into inspiring briefs that unlock exceptional creative solutions. We’re looking for someone who can nurture senior client relationships while challenging conventional thinking, identifying opportunities to expand our impact and strengthen the partnership. The Senior Account Director will provide senior internal leadership, set strategic direction, drive cross‑team collaboration, and manage and mentor a Senior Project Manager and Senior Account Manager to ensure high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction. Success means satisfied clients who see us as an indispensable extension of their team, driving growth for their business and ours   What you will be doing:  Lead strategic client relationships at the senior level, positioning the team as a true business partner  Create account growth strategies that expand our partnership and maximize value delivery  Spearhead commercial initiatives that drive revenue growth while delivering client success  Contribute to financial forecasting and internal revenue management activities  Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions  Transform client business challenges into opportunities for creative innovation  Shape strategic recommendations that align with client business objectives  Stay ahead of industry trends to identify growth opportunities for ice cream brands  Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that secure client buy-in  Build and mentor account teams, fostering a culture of client service excellence  Drive continuous improvement in how we partner with the client   What you need to be great in this role:  You’re deeply online — TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, niche forums — and you know the difference between a moment and a movement.  You’re fluent in campaign development and content ecosystems — from Super Bowl-scale to scrappy UGC-style.  You’ve led teams before and know how to coach, mentor, and raise the bar for others.  You’re AI-curious (if not AI-fluent) — and you’ve started integrating tools into how you think, brief, and ideate.  You’re a strong presenter, a natural collaborator, and the kind of person who makes clients feel both inspired and understood.  A proven track record in senior account leadership, with strong experience managing prestigious consumer brands  Strategic vision that connects creative solutions to tangible business outcomes  Proven ability to grow accounts and expand client relationships  Expertise in translating business challenges into effective creative briefs  Experience leading client partnerships for major consumer packaged goods brands, ideally in food or beverages  A talent for senior stakeholder management and executive-level communication  The ability to balance client advocacy with agency priorities  An eye for commercial opportunities and account growth potential  Experience in financial management  At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $161,500.00 to $180,500.00 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
