At Typeform, our People Systems, Analytics & Operations team builds and operates the systems, data, and processes that power the employee experience at scale.
We’re a globally distributed team responsible for ensuring that our People infrastructure—from HR systems to lifecycle operations—runs reliably, efficiently, and with a strong focus on employee experience.
About the role
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
We're looking for someone who builds systems. You're fluent in HiBob, curious about where AI fits in HR workflows, and are skilled in putting together workflows that make your team’s life easier.
You'll configure HiBob, wire it to adjacent tools, and prototype AI-assisted workflows that take repetitive work off the team.
What you'll do
Own HiBob configuration: workflows, fields, permissions, automations, lifecycle triggers
Design and ship integrations between HiBob and Greenhouse, Deel, CultureAmp, and more.
Identify where AI can compress or eliminate work - drafting, classifying, routing, summarising, reporting - and prototype what's worth shipping
Leverage Zapier to build the connective tissue between our tools - automating notifications, data syncs, and lifecycle triggers that would otherwise live in someone's inbox
Map processes end-to-end, redesign for scale, and treat process and system design as the same job
Drive data quality through validation rules and workflow design
Run onboarding, changes, and offboarding with a bias toward automation and self-service
Partner with IT, Payroll, and Total Rewards on cross-system lifecycle events, and automate workflows.
What you bring
Hands-on HiBob experience. You've configured workflows, built automations, and shipped improvements inside it, not just used it
Active use of AI in your work. You're already using LLMs to draft, analyse, or automate, with opinions on where they belong in HR Ops and where they don't
Systems-thinking mindset - you map end-to-end, spot dependencies, design for scale
Track record of redesigning HR processes with automation at the centre
Working knowledge of how HRIS connects to ATS, payroll, engagement, and IT provisioning
Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and no-code platforms (Zapier, Make) is a plus
Multi-country experience (US + Europe)
Strong grasp of HR data and compliance
Clear communicator and service-oriented partner to employees and managers
