cargo-partner Thailand was established in 2008 and is one of the rapidly growing organizations in the country. Currently, the company employs around 100 employees in three locations: the Bangkok headquarters, the Bangkok airport office, and Laem Chabang office.

Job Description:: Proactively seek out new business opportunities in Thailand’s market.Hunt for new customers and build up strong sales pipeline.Responsible for assigned KPIs, including but not limited to, sales target, customer meetings, sending sales lead, make cold calls for new business.Maintain regular contact with customers, increase revenue from existing customers and assure high level of customer satisfaction.Regularly arrange face-to-face meetings with key decision makersComplete an in-depth needs analysis for the customer and identify areas of the business where value added services can be provided to optimize the organizations supply chain and logistics function. Manage the relationship between the dedicated operations team, customer and finance department.Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and ensure the credit limits not exceeded and overdue as agreement.Responsible for making timely and accurately updates in sales management system as per company rulesTo take up additional assignments/tasks as assigned
Qualification:: Has at least 3 years' experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development / Sales.Has experience in Freight Forwarders or Shipping companyProven track records in professional business developmentStrong Customer Service mindSales-oriented with operational consciousResult-oriented and strong in following upSelf-confident with positive attitudeStrong Negotiation skillsConvincing presentation skills in Thai and English.Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitiousSelf-MotivatingWillingness and ability to travelAble to work under pressure
Special Knowledge: : Freight forwarding industryBasic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)FM3000 know-how in related functions.Cargowise One/ S.P.O.T. / Salesforce / CRM know-how and ability to demonstrate internally and externallyFluent in English language
