Brand/ Category Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned brands/ categories, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis. Account Management: Oversee smaller accounts, fostering relationships and driving sales growth. Collaborative Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to align on and achieve distribution goals, ensuring ZURU's strategic initiatives are successfully implemented. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and demand. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving commercial processes to enhance performance and efficiency. Supply chain excellence: deliver key inventory availability metrics that surpass customer expectations.
