ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a full-time Fullstack Engineer to own and build product features end-to-end—from scoping and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment. You’ll work across the stack using Python, Next.js, and TypeScript to develop high-quality, user-facing applications, with a strong focus on performance, security, and clean design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and takes full ownership of their work. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design, contribute to AI-driven features (including LLM workflows and agents), and help shape both the user experience and underlying systems—from authentication to database design. We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented builder with strong communication skills, product intuition, and a willingness to move fast and take responsibility. Experience with Neo4j and GCP is a plus. MUST-HAVES - Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills - Full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems - Startup experience; comfortable building quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - Ability to own projects end-to-end, from scoping through implementation, testing, and deployment - Willingness to work 40+ hours per week - Experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled products - Strong product sense, with a good eye for UX/UI and user-facing design quality - Experience designing secure authentication, authorization, and database systems - Strong proficiency with Python, Next.js, and TypeScript - Experience working on public-facing platforms or production-grade user applications - Preferred: experience with Neo4j and Google Cloud Platform NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience integrating CRM, messaging, email, or other third-party APIs - Familiarity with automation workflows, data pipelines, or relationship/network-based products - Prior experience at an early-stage startup or as a technical founder/operator COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Equity - Offsites: ~3 times per year INTERVIEW PROCESS 1.
