About this Role: Proactively generate and convert B2C sales opportunities.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and high-quality conversions.Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored sports-led holiday packages.Upsell premium experiences, hospitality upgrades, and curated add-ons to maximize revenue.Maintain accurate CRM records for lead status, follow-ups, and closures.Leverage product training and portfolio knowledge to pitch confidently.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover and fulfilment.
Qualifiers: Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.High motivation with strong ownership of targets and outcomes.Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand individual needs.Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.Passion for sports, travel, and unique experiences.
