About this role
About us:
We believe the next generation of financial services will be powered by stablecoins.
Founded in 2021, our mission at BVNK is to accelerate global money movement.
We’re building stablecoin-native infrastructure so businesses can move value instantly across borders and networks. With global licenses and T1 bank partnerships, we facilitate billions in transactions for enterprise clients like Worldpay, Deel, LianLian Global, and Rapyd.
Our technology is transforming how businesses operate globally by eliminating payment delays, reducing costs, and unlocking trapped capital.
We’re a diverse team spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC, with a shared belief that stablecoins are the new infrastructure layer for financial services, and that BVNK is at the forefront of this shift.
In 2025, we secured strategic investment from Visa, following our $50 million Series B with Haun Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Scribble Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, Avenir, and Tiger Global. With the backing of these leading investors, we’re accelerating our growth – and we're looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the future of financial services.
We're incredibly honored to have made Newsweek's list of The Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces three years running (most recently in 2025) and to have been recognised by LinkedIn as one of the Top 20 Startups in the UK in 2024.
About the role:
BVNK is establishing a centralised Response Management Office (RMO) to transform how RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Proposal), and DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaire) activity is managed across the business.
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly created function at its formative stage and play a hands-on role in shaping how it operates, scales, and delivers impact across BVNK. You won’t just execute processes - you’ll help define, refine, and elevate them to the standard of excellence required to win strategic enterprise clients.
The goal: find broken things and fix them. That includes processes that shouldn’t exist, decisions that haven’t been revisited (but should have been), and tools that are slowing everyone down.
As a Response Management Analyst, you will help build and scale the operating system that drives operational excellence across RFx, DDQs, and commercial processes. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus - but not required. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, passionate about AI and automation, highly detail-oriented, an out-of-the-box thinker, and excited to create something new with high impact.
Key areas of responsibility:
RFx & DDQ Response Management
Support end-to-end management of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client diligence processes
Build structured project plans with clear timelines and accountability
Ensure consistent messaging, formatting, and quality control
Track SLAs and ensure on-time submissions
Knowledge & Content Management
Leverage tools such as Loopio to manage and optimise response workflows
Maintain and enhance the central response knowledge libraries
Identify content gaps and drive structured refresh cycles
Standardise high-frequency responses into high-quality, reusable modules
Develop and maintain self-service diligence packs to streamline routine requests and improve turnaround times
AI & Automation Enablement
Collaborate on building AI-powered workflows to accelerate response delivery
Help design scalable automation frameworks for intake, routing, and content generation
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of SOPs, intake workflows, governance frameworks, and related resources
Refine processes based on feedback and performance data
Contribute to building dashboards and tracking systems to measure efficiency, quality, and outcome-based metrics
Drive consistency, operational rigor, and accountability across the response management function
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong, trusted relationships across key business functions, including Commercial, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal contributors, providing clear guidance and setting expectations
Communicate proactively and manage competing priorities to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
What we are looking for:
Core Traits
Hungry to learn and grow in a high-impact function
Passion for AI, automation, and process optimisation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised and process-driven
Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Proactive and works with urgency, ownership, and accountability
Strong investigative mindset, able to gather, analyse, and synthesise complex information effectively
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, comfortable taking initiative, and adept at building the ship as you sail
Nice to Have
Exposure to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, or proposal management
Experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, banking, or other regulated environments
Familiarity with knowledge management tools (e.g., Loopio or similar)
Background in roles requiring structured research, due diligence, or information analysis
Skills
Strong written communication and structured thinking
Project coordination and organisational skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, gaps, and inefficiencies
What you can expect from us:
Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth
Meaningful ownership in the business through our employee option scheme
Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart
A culture built on passionate, growth-minded people
A flexible approach to holiday
Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world
An open and creative environment where you can help us define the future of BVNK, its culture, and its opportunity sets
At BVNK, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team. While you may not meet all of our requirements, we’d encourage you to apply if you meet the majority of our expectations. You may be a great fit for this role or another role in our team. Offices: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (South Africa);
