Manufacturing Supervisor – 3rd Shift

As a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor (internally titled Manufacturing Group Leader), you’ll lead a hands-on, frontline team of hourly manufacturing team members across key production areas, supporting day-to-day execution, developing people, and helping create a shift that runs with accountability and pride. This is a highly hands-on role, with the majority of time spent on the manufacturing floor working directly with your team. It’s best suited for someone who: Prefers nights or thrives in a lower-distraction environment Values autonomy and ownership Wants to lead when fewer layers exist Criteria For Success Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment A 2- or 4-year degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and develop others Ability to lead through change, problem-solve, and make decisions in real time Bonus if you have: Exposure to assembly, fabrication, or similar manufacturing processes Lean or Six Sigma certification Experience as a first-line leader or team lead in a production environment Work Environment This is a hands-on, frontline leadership role in a production environment. It’s fast-paced, occasionally noisy, and always active. You’ll be on your feet, engaged with your team, and leading from the front. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
