Job Description As a 3D Designer & Implementation Specialist at CLO Virtual Fashion, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of fashion through our true-to-life 3D garment simulation technology. Your role will involve working with global brands implementing 3D workflows by planning customized curriculums, training users, supporting client inquiries and becoming a part of innovation with software developers. country: HK all locations: [Hong Kong] commitment: Full Time department: location: Hong Kong team: 3D Design Responsibilities: Collaborate with renowned brands in fashion, sportswear, and technology to support their 3D adoption and implementation strategiesDeliver customized training programs to help clients become proficient users of CLO ecosystemProvide technical and creative support to clients, ensuring a seamless 3D workflow integrationOrganize and facilitate workshops, live demonstrations, and client sessions both in-person and virtuallyCreate engaging 3D content for user education, social media, and internal initiativesWork closely with the 3D Design & Implementation Chapter on projects, events, and new initiativesCollaborate with software developers by providing feedback and proposing new features or applicationsParticipate in global client projects and be open to international travel Requirements: Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience in the fashion or apparel industry, with a solid understanding of garment construction and practical knowledge of how brands and vendors operate within the production processExperience with CLO3D, Marvelous Designer, or similar 3D design software will be an advantageStrong creativity combined with problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear and professional mannerDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentPositive, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to long-term professional developmentWillingness to travel frequently, domestically and overseasFluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory
