Position Overview As a 3D Design & Implementation Specialist at CLO Virtual Fashion, you can shape the future of the apparel and textile industry through our true-to-life 3D garment simulation technology. Your role will involve working with global brands to implement 3D workflows by planning customized curricula, training users, supporting client inquiries, and contributing to the innovation of the technologies that we develop. This is a technical role in constant evolution. We are seeking a self-driven, energetic, and agile individual with a can-do attitude, who is passionate about 3D and excited by the solutions CLO Virtual Fashion can offer to the apparel and textile industry. Expected Starting Date: January 7th, 2026 Please provide a full CV and cover letter in English (otherwise it won't be considered), including your salary expectations and first possible starting date on Lever. country: DE all locations: [Munich] commitment: Full Time department: location: Munich team: 3D Design Responsibilities: Present inspiring software demos and product presentationBe the central point to guide corporate clients in their 3D implementation strategyProvide technical support to corporate clients in their usage of CLO, CLO-SET and the other solutions we develop and maintain a high level of user satisfactionBe a corporate user advocate and liaison to other teams; identify corporate user challenges and partner with other departments to develop solutions / resolve issuesMonitor and assess software utilization at key client accounts, collaborating with Business Development Managers to identify growth opportunities and support the development of strategic initiativesTrain on and off-site new and existing corporate users to help them become proficient in CLO, CLO-SET and the other solutions we offerParticipate in client projects on and off-site (open to international travel)Collaborate with the CLO Design & Implementation team (locally and globally) to organize and facilitate events/ projects to create corporate user engagement and awareness of our productsCreate informative tutorial videos for our YouTube channel and PDF guides to educate our corporate and individual user communitiesHelp the Customer Experience department organize open workshops and other user engagement events/projects for our global Individual user communityCreate 3D content for user engagement, social media, and various initiativesCollaborate with software developers and UX designers to propose innovative features and/or feature improvementsFollow up with the development team on bugs and crashes reported by usersBeta Test the latest CLO versions before release and report any feedback/bug/crash to the development team Requirements (hard skills): Strong base in the CLO Software and/or Marvelous DesignerKnowledge of our platforms CONNECT and CLO-SETExperience as a designer or pattern maker, preferably in the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of garment construction and the apparel/accessory development processExcellent knowledge in Pattern MakingKnowledge in the Adobe suit is a must (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)Knowledge of other 2D CAD software (Modaris, Gerber, Optitex, etc..) and other 3D software (blender, Rhino, 3dsMax, etc...) is a strong plusGood professional writing skills Good presentation and public speaking skillsMust be fluent in English; an additional language is a plus Plus if you have (soft skills): Be user focused and pedagogicalResourceful - with a can do attitude, takes initiative and is self-drivenTeam player and a great ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and professional presentation skillsStrong organization and prioritization skillsPositive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to invest in long-termTech-savvy and interested in new technologies related to 3D and the apparel and textile industry Additional points: Willingness to travel (sometimes internationally)Must be a European citizen or have valid and independent working visa for Germany.
