If you want to contribute to making amazing RPG experiences, we would love to hear from you. country: PL all locations: [Warsaw] commitment: Full -time department: Code location: Warsaw team: Engine Programming Responsibilities : Lead, mentor and coach our Engine team Assist with recruiting of Engine Programmers Manage code reviews and code features documentation Work in tandem with Larian Studios other programming Leads Assist in maintaining, porting and extending our proprietary engine on multiple platforms Debug and optimize code to hit quality and performance targets Show a strong passion for low level coding and a big interest in performance analysis Complete all tasks in a timely manner and to a consistent high quality standard  Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards Show strong passion for making the highest quality state of the art games  Safeguard company assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how Requirements: Demonstrable Lead or Management experience Extensive experience programming for games Excellent C++ skills Strong mentor and coaching ability Excellent written and spoken English skills Passion for making and playing great games Experience with graphics APIs like Directx 12 and Vulkan Experience with a wide range of CPU and GPU profiling tools Multi threading should be second nature This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.
