Performance Marketing Manager  This role requires at least 2 days on-site in the Boston, MA office $88,000 - $110,000 + bonus About the Role  We’re looking for a B2B Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid marketing programs with a focus on net-new lead generation and pipeline impact. This role will manage paid media budgets across key channels including paid search, paid social, and third party. They will partner closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Revenue Operations to support integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.  This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who is comfortable balancing day-to-day optimization with strategic planning and performance reporting—especially within a HubSpot-centric marketing environment.  Key Responsibilities  Paid Media & Budget Management  Own and manage the paid marketing budget across channels such as search, paid social, display, retargeting, and 3rd party channels such as content syndication and engagement with industry affiliation groups.  Develop and execute performance-driven paid media strategies aligned to quarterly and annual pipeline goals  Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and overall ROI  Test and scale new channels, audiences, and formats based on performance insights  Lead Generation & Pipeline Support  Drive net-new lead volume and qualified demand through paid acquisition programs  Align paid media efforts to lifecycle stages (top-of-funnel through opportunity creation)  Partner with Demand Generation, Events and Product Marketing to support integrated campaign launches, webinars, events, and ABM initiatives  Ensure paid programs support both short-term lead goals and long-term pipeline health  Demand Generation & Campaign Collaboration  Act as a key contributor within the campaign team, supporting multi-channel demand generation initiatives  Translate campaign goals into paid media tactics that reinforce broader messaging and positioning  Collaborate with content and creative teams on ad copy, landing pages, and gating strategies  Support experimentation and ongoing improvement of campaign performance  Analytics, Reporting & Optimization  Own performance tracking and reporting for paid programs using HubSpot, Zoominfo and connected ad platforms  Analyze funnel metrics (lead quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, attribution, pipeline influence)  Share clear insights and recommendations with marketing and revenue stakeholders  Maintain strong data hygiene and ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting    Required Qualifications  4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or demand generation (B2B preferred)  Hands-on experience managing paid budgets and optimizing paid campaigns at scale  Strong familiarity with HubSpot for campaign management, reporting, and lead tracking  Experience working cross-functionally within a Demand Generation or Revenue Marketing team  Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights  Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously    Preferred Qualifications  Experience marketing to mid-market or enterprise buyers  Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and attribution models  Exposure to ABM or verticalized campaign strategies  Comfortable partnering with Sales and RevOps teams on pipeline reporting and alignment    Why This Role Matters  This role plays a critical part in fueling our demand engine—turning paid media investment into predictable, scalable pipeline. You’ll have ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to meaningfully impact growth while working alongside a collaborative, results-oriented marketing team.  Offices: Boston, Massachusetts, United States (Government Center Boston);
