Responsibilities::
Manage and analyze end-to-end payroll processes for 300+ employees, from onboarding to termination
Collect and validate payroll data, process payroll, generate payslips, and prepare related reports
Lead payroll process improvements and implement controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions
Liaise with pension providers, including preparation of onboarding and termination documentation
Calculate payroll-related provisions (e.g., vacation, Havraa)
Prepare statutory payroll reports (Forms 161, 857, 126)
Work with government authorities (National Insurance, Tax Authorities, etc.)
Perform month-end closing activities, including payroll reconciliation and analytical reviews
Produce payroll reports, simulations, and ad-hoc analyses as required
Requirements::
Certified Payroll Accountant and/or Certified Payroll Professional
7+ years of experience in payroll processing for 150+ employees
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax, social security, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage payroll processes independently end-to-end
Experience working with external providers (e.g., pension agencies, authorities)
Experience with Hargal payroll system – advantage
Familiarity with attendance systems (e.g., Timewatch / Hargal)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) – required
High level of English
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Highly organized and detail-oriented
