Key Responsibilities Trade & Platform Operations Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations Liquidity & Pricing Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality (markouts, slippage) Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings Risk & Exposure Monitoring Monitor client positions, exposure, and overall risk in real time Support hedging strategies and execution of risk mitigation actions Identify unusual trading activity or potential abuse (e.g., arbitrage, latency exploitation) Trade Lifecycle Management Handle trade adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations Ensure accuracy of trade records and reconciliation Incident Management Act as first responder for trading-related incidents Investigate platform issues, outages, or abnormal market behavior Coordinate with tech teams and external providers to resolve issues quickly Requirements   Experience & Skills 2+ years experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or brokerage environment Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets Familiarity with trading platforms Python scripting skills — ability to write and maintain automation scripts for monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks. SQL skills — writing queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) against trading and client databases for investigation, reporting, and anomaly detection. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability Excellent communication skills Working Conditions Shift-based role (aligned with global market hours) On-call availability for critical incidents may be required KPIs / Success Metrics Platform uptime and execution quality Spread competitiveness and liquidity performance Incident response time and resolution efficiency Accuracy of trade handling and reporting Offices: Limassol, Cyprus (Limassol);
