About the Role As a Senior Account Manager at Hevo, you’ll own revenue expansion across existing customers in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Your focus will be on upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and long-term account growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—deeply understanding customer goals and maximising the value they derive from Hevo. country: IN all locations: [Bengaluru, India] commitment: Full time department: Sales location: Bengaluru, India team: Account Management Key Responsibilities: Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts to increase ARRBuild and execute account expansion strategies aligned to customer business goalsOwn renewals, retention, and churn risk mitigationDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI and uncover growth opportunitiesLeverage customer data and usage insights to recommend relevant solutionsCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine expansion playsMaintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account plans in CRM tools Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Expansion rolesProven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and driving account growth (Must Have)Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven sales environmentsStrong value-based selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with comfort in forecasting and reportingHands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpotExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
