Senior Product Manager - AI Platform (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the agentic infrastructure that enables product teams across Moss to build and ship AI faster, smarter, and with higher quality. This is a role for someone who can combine strategic platform thinking with hands-on AI product judgment. Your responsibilities - Own the roadmap for the central AI platform, including agent runtime, evaluation frameworks, pipelines, and observability. - Run focused experiments on new AI capabilities, proving what works and either shipping a v1 or enabling product teams to take it further. - Enable teams across Moss to build, test, and deploy AI-powered products with greater speed, quality, and confidence. - Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and leadership to prioritise the highest-impact platform investments. - Balance strategic platform ownership with tactical depth on agent behaviour, prompts, accuracy, and production quality. About you - Previous background within accounting/finance is a must. - Strong Product Management experience shipping AI/ML products into production, not just experimentation. - Knowledge of LLMs, agents, evaluation frameworks, and model lifecycle management. - Either platform/infrastructure PM experience or strong experience building AI-first product experiences in a B2B environment. - Comfort making trade-offs across accuracy, observability, cost, and speed. - Fluency in written and spoken English About Moss Moss is a SaaS scale-up founded in Berlin, with a team of 300+ people from 50+ nationalities in 5 offices across Europe.  Our ambition is bold: to power every SMB’s spend across Europe - fully digital, AI-driven, and seamlessly integrated for complete control.
