country: US all locations: [United States] commitment: Full Time department: Client Opportunities location: United States team: Field Support Opportunities Responsibilities:: Design, install, terminate, and test copper (CAT5e/CAT6/CAT6A) and fiber optic (single-mode and multi-mode) cabling systems Perform cable routing, labeling, and documentation in accordance with Army and DoD standards Conduct testing and certification of cabling infrastructure using tools such as OTDR, power meters, and cable analyzers Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues across LAN/WAN infrastructure Interpret technical drawings, network diagrams, and blueprints to support installation and upgrades Support network infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and relocations across Army facilities Maintain accurate documentation including as-built drawings, test results, and cable records Ensure compliance with applicable standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC, and DoD Unified Facilities Criteria) Coordinate with network engineers, system administrators, and project managers to support mission requirements Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on cabling systems Adhere to all safety, security, and access control protocols when working in secure or classified environment
