Electrician (Residential Experience)

Journeyman or Master Electrician license required. country: US all locations: [Brooklyn Park, MD] commitment: Full Time department: Client Opportunities location: Brooklyn Park, MD team: Construction/ General Contracting Responsibilities:: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes Install wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently Conduct electrical inspections and ensure compliance with local and national codes Upgrade outdated electrical systems, including panel replacements and rewiring Install and connect appliances, HVAC systems, and smart home devices Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members
