A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support production operations involving electrical and electronic assemblies. This role plays a key part in the build, assembly, wiring, and testing of specialized equipment components within a structured manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Technician will perform a variety of production and assembly tasks, supporting the development and maintenance of electrical and electronic subsystems. This position requires adherence to work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. country: US all locations: [Stevensville, MD] commitment: Full Time department: Client Opportunities location: Stevensville, MD team: Manufacturing Opening Key Responsibilities : Perform assembly and manufacturing duties including cable fabrication, component builds, and sub-assembliesExecute basic machine wiring techniques including cutting, terminating, soldering, and crimping wireAssemble electronic components and devices according to detailed specifications and blueprintsUtilize hand tools, power tools, and standard assembly equipmentAssemble and wire housing units and related componentsPrepare kits for specialized electronic assembliesConduct low-level functional testing and complete associated documentationMaintain accurate production records and workflow documentationFollow established work instructions and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environmentLearn and expand skills within electromechanical assembly functions Minimum Qualifications : High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experienceExperience working with electrical or electronic systems preferredTechnical training or associate degree in Electronics is a plusFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electronic test equipmentStrong manual dexterity and ability to work with small componentsIntermediate math skills including metric measurements, fractions, and decimalsHigh attention to detail and commitment to product qualityAbility to differentiate colors and maintain good visual accuracyAbility to lift up to 30 pounds and work at bench heightComfortable accessing elevated areas using ladders or lifting equipmentStrong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
