The position: We are recruiting for an onsite coordinator to join our team at Hams Hall Birmingham for our client, a leading 3PL based at B46 1AL. And dare we say it, we think that makes us all happier humans.   #LI-ML3 country: GB all locations: [Birmingham, UK] commitment: Permanent department: Revenue location: Birmingham, UK team: Account Management Role of an On-Site Coordinator: : Checking and reporting daily attendance to the operations teams New starter engagement and supporting with any queries Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team Carrying out registration sessions inline with the site’s recruitment plan Collating and processing worker hours inline with the company payroll system Communicating rotas for the warehouse colleagues and booking shifts as required As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:: A good standard of verbal and written English Good communication and organizational skills Previous experience of working as a supervisor, team leader, patroller, coordinator is required People management skills Flexible approach to shifts and working hours Ability of working independently and as a part of a team Sense of humor, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
