What's exciting about the role We are looking for an Analytics Manager to own and evolve our analytics capabilities — both internally and for our customers. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who is equally comfortable diving into data, building reporting products, and advising stakeholders on how to get more value from analytics. You will play a central role in shaping how we measure, understand, and act on data across the business.  Skills and Experience we desire CRO & Experimentation  Analyze A/B and multivariate test results to identify conversion improvement opportunities  Monitor and interpret web analytics data to surface actionable insights on user behavior and funnel performance  Translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for product, marketing, and UX teams  BI & Reporting Suite  Drive the development of our customer-facing reporting suite in close collaboration with the product management team, including the design and delivery of out-of-the-box dashboards  Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI  Partner with customers to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions that drive value  Analytics Strategy  Recommend what to measure, how to measure it, and how to better leverage the data we are already collecting  Identify gaps in our current analytics setup and propose improvements to our data collection and reporting infrastructure  Act as the internal go-to resource on analytics best practices, helping teams interpret data and make informed decisions    What We're Looking For  Proven experience in a digital analytics or BI role, ideally covering both web analytics and reporting  Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)  Working knowledge of CRO concepts and A/B testing principles  Proficiency with web analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics  Proficiency with tag management systems and hands-on experience in implementing custom dimensions and events (e.g. Adobe Launch/Tags preferred or Google Tag Manager)  Strong ability to communicate data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including customers  Self-starter mindset — comfortable working independently and driving initiatives without direct reports  Good understanding of data modeling concepts, including structuring datasets and defining relationships for reporting  Nice to Have  SQL proficiency  Experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products  Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or product analytics  Our commitment Verifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
