Field Service Mechanic

Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946, is actively recruiting for the position of field service mechanic in our Cedar City location. Kimball Equipment Company is a successful dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries. Responsibilities: Daily work on crushers, screens, conveyors Interaction with customers on-site for repairs Diagnose and repair various heavy equipment machinery utilize all technical support resources in troubleshooting and identifying parts needed for repair Organize and document service visits and travel as applicable Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize work with minimal supervision Inspect crushers, screens, conveyors Cleaning crushers, screens, conveyors Drive motor vehicles - reliable transportation required Qualifications: Crusher or Heavy Equipment experience preferred  Basic knowledge of MSHA regulations Must be able to lift 40lbs Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask Familiarity with shop and field safety protocols Technical school certificate or equivalent experience Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or ability to obtain a CDL Compensation and Benefits: Pay based on experience ($26.00-$35.00/hr starting) Full benefits include 401K, PTO (paid time off), health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
