As a pioneer in this industry, we focus on engaging, aligning and activating customers employees at enterprise scale reaching over 40M employees globally.  Job Summary    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead on some of our key product initiatives.  This is a 12 month role providing maternity cover within the Product Management team.   This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping product direction, driving execution, and delivering measurable outcomes at scale. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence company-wide priorities, and play a key role in defining how Poppulo evolves its platform to meet the needs of modern enterprises.  You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across engineering, design, GTM, and customer teams to deliver products that drive customer value and business growth.  Key Responsibilities  Product Strategy  Define and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with company objectives  Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape  Translate insights into clear strategic direction and product investments  Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.   Make informed trade-offs balancing customer value, technical constraints, and business impact  Execution Excellence  Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch partnering closely with engineering and design to ensure clarity, focus, and quality  Define high-quality product requirements, user stories, and success criteria  Define and own product roadmaps and backlog  Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs  Lead influence and align stakeholder and cross-functional teams without direct authority  Communicate effectively with Product leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes  Go-to-Market   Partner with GTM teams to define positioning, packaging, and pricing inputs  Support successful product launches and drive adoption at scale  Ensure alignment between product strategy and revenue growth objectives  Drive internal enablement to ensure teams can effectively sell, support, and deliver the product  Technical Skills / Competencies    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results  Data-oriented, with proven ability to leverage analytics to inform product strategy and prioritize features   Passion for innovation with a relentless drive to deliver best-in-class products that delight customers and drive business growth   Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities and mitigating risks   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders   Sound judgment and willingness to make timely decisions   Ability to switch seamlessly between creative and analytical thinking   Education & Experience    Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, web development, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience/training)   5+ yrs Product Management experience in a SaaS or equivalent organization working directly with customers to understand their problems   Experience in an agile software development environment with a proven track record in successful product delivery   Experience collaborating with customers, sales, customer success, support, professional services, security, marketing, and other teams at a high-growth SaaS technology company   Experience directly or indirectly leading and influencing teams to solve complex problems   Experience working in a multi-location environment across time zones   Why Join Us?
