Creative and Marketing Responsibilities Create and edit marketing visuals for tradeshows, client presentations, social media, advertisements, and special events Develop content and support materials for various marketing initiatives Participate in strategy sessions to align creative assets with business objectives Collaborate with department leads to support internal requests and campaigns 2. Project Management & Execution Administer design projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and brand standards Respond to feedback and make revisions in a timely and professional manner 3. Client & Team Engagement Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Adapt communication style to effectively work with diverse individuals across the organization Represent CAI professionally in all interactions   Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Excellent InDesign, Canva, print media skills, and video editing skills Strong experience in social media and digital design Ability to adapt to constant change and manage competing priorities BS/BA degree preferred   Critical Competencies: Deliver Excellence Produces high-quality creative work Meets tight project deadlines without compromising quality Accepts direction and integrates feedback effectively Customer Focus Understands and anticipates the needs of internal clients Communicates clearly and professionally Maintains positive, collaborative relationships Project Management Plans and prioritizes multiple projects effectively Manages workload independently Ensures adherence to brand standards Adaptability & Growth Adjusts to evolving needs and changes Seeks opportunities for skill development and professional growth Other Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required Benefits Our full-time positions offer competitive compensation and benefits, including up to 15% retirement contribution, 24 days PTO and 5 sick days per year, low-cost health insurance, support for professional education, and 70% long-term disability coverage paid by the company.
