Key Responsibilities: Own Multi-Channel Social StrategyManage end-to-end content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedinEnsure consistent brand voice while adapting content to each platformPlan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
Elevate Content QualityContinuously improve content quality, storytelling, and visual standardsWork closely with designers, editors, and KOLs to produce high-performing contentIdentify trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand executions
Campaign-Driven ExecutionLead social execution for key marketing campaigns (product launches, promos, activations)Ensure social content supports conversion, engagement, and user acquisition goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with PR, KOL, and growth teams
Drive Growth & EngagementGrow followers and improve engagement across all platformsOptimize content based on performance data and insightsExperiment with formats, hooks, and content structures to improve reach
Monitor Social SentimentTrack and analyze social sentiment, trends, and user feedbackRespond to community interactions and manage brand voice in real-timeIdentify risks, issues, or opportunities from social conversations
Requirements:
3–6+ years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook ecosystems
Proven track record of growing accounts and improving engagement
Strong content instinct—knows what works, not just what looks good
Data-driven, but also creative and fast-moving
Experience in fintech / crypto is a plus
