What you’ll be doing Designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize gameplay mechanics, user experience, and monetization models Developing and maintaining player segmentation tools and strategies for personalized offers and engagement Tracking and evaluating core KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) through well-structured dashboards and reports Acting as the data partner for multiple teams (Product, Growth, Marketing), providing insights that shape roadmaps Comfortably managing multiple priorities with minimal guidance and adapting quickly to changing business needs Desired skills and experiences 1+ year experience in data analysis, gaming, e-commerce, or digital products Familiarity with monetization models, player segmentation, and in-game economy Advanced SQL skills Python or R is a plus Experience in A/B testing methodologies Skilled in predictive analytics and modeling Ability to separate correlation from causation and manage biases in data Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general What makes our team so unique Feedback and transparency are at the heart of everything we do Exceptional and passionate people/team members Every idea counts Never-ending learning We never stop asking the questions “why” and “how” Our Perks Team events and trips Great food On-site gym Full health benefits Compensation for paid military service Relocation support Good Job Games Coin Program that lets you have unforgettable experiences (e.g. Going on a cruise trip to Norway or seeing the Northern Lights) This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer.
