In our fast-paced environment, this key role will work closely with Advisor teams, the Operations team, the Technology Platform team, and our Business Intelligence team. Primary Responsibilities: Acting as the first response to inquiries from Advisors and their teams related to the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Assisting with training firm personnel on the CRM tools and functionality, including preparation of recorded content to be used in digital training courses. Processing user access update requests in the firm’s CRM. Processing user access requests and troubleshooting inquiries for the Firm’s document repository system. Assisting with data analysis and cleanup projects associated with the firm’s CRM and portfolio management systems. Work as a part of a team to continue the enhancement of our technology stack to be client and user friendly. Assist in projects related to onboarding new advisors/firms onto the Choreo platform as required. Support other systems/process as needed on the Platform Management team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related concentration 3-5 years of experience in Investment Management/Financial Services industry in an operations-focused role An independent self-starter mentality and natural curiosity for learning about new technology and industry tools. Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Knowledge or familiarity with CRM software, cloud-based storage, and portfolio accounting systems is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines Strong analytical skills Strong Communication skills      Employee Benefits  At Choreo, we provide a holistic, total reward offering to empower our teams in their professional and personal lives.
