This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon/evening hours. The Raleigh-Durham area has a significant and fast-growing Latino population, and students across North Carolina need bilingual clinicians now. What Makes This Different Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy Part-time W2 — stable employment, not gig work Fully remote — work from anywhere in North Carolina Mon–Fri 3–8 PM — consistent, predictable hours No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything The Work Provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina. Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations. What You Need Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time) Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM Preferred CBT, DBT, or similar modality training School-based or youth clinical experience Pay Range$35—$45 USD Offices: North Carolina, United States (Remote - North Carolina);
