Who This Role Is For You're a newly licensed or early-career therapist (LSW or LPC) in Illinois looking for a remote caseload with real clinical support behind it. You want your supervision hours covered, your schedule to be flexible, and your work to actually matter. You'll use evidence-based approaches and contribute to a growing clinical team. What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure candidates at this time) Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings Preferred CBT, DBT, or similar modality training School-based or youth clinical experience Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range$40—$50 USD Offices: Illinois, United States (Remote - Illinois);
