Why Join Our Sales Team? - Clear promotion paths within our Sales Career Map, with defined milestones and skills - This posting is the result of three Senior BDRs recently being promoted to Account Executives. We’re now backfilling these roles - Five current Account Executives & 2 People Leaders started their careers at LumiQ as BDRs - Uncapped commissions with accelerators for those who surpass their fiscal year targets  - Transparent salary structure with competitive & established pay levels - A truly collaborative sales team environment, working closely with other BDRs, Account Executives, Management, and the broader Revenue Team (Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, etc.)   Know a CPA in your network? Total OTE is $62,000 ($52,000 base $10,000 incentive with uncapped commissions). Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. If you think your experience is most of the way there we’d still love to meet you!  Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in-office expectation time will increase. Listen to podcasts on soft skills, career development, leadership, and more. -LumiQ Clubs: Join an existing club or start your own! country: CA all locations: [Toronto] commitment: Full Time Permanent department: location: Toronto team: Revenue Objectives & Key Responsibilities:: Drive New Business: Identify and generate qualified opportunities through outbound sales, including prospecting, research, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling, with a focus on scheduling meetings to support the Sales Team Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals while contributing to annual sales team revenue targets. Manage CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools, including detailed notes on conversations, research, and statuses for different leads Continuous Learning: Invest in your personal and professional growth to maximize your current and future success.
