Product Manager (Institutional Asset Management)

We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions. They are looking for a Product Manager (B2B Institutional Asset Management) to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of B2B products for institutional and asset-management clients. This role translates complex investor needs into scalable, compliant product solutions, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, continuous improvement, and long-term product value. Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of B2B products, with a focus on the asset management domain. Drive continuous product improvement through analysis of market demand and client feedback. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to help clients understand and realize product value. Requirements 5+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably in finance, asset management, or related fields.
