Role Overview We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager based in Mexico to lead marketing strategy and drive pipeline generation. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. This role is responsible for identifying high-value automation opportunities, defining target industries and accounts, and building marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate understands industrial automation markets, can map complex ecosystems (OEMs, system integrators, suppliers), and is comfortable working closely with sales and engineering teams. This role will involve periodic travel to the United States, approximately one week every two months, to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support key initiatives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Define and maintain Apera’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)  Identify priority industries and automation opportunities  Develop the overall marketing strategy aligned with sales goals  Build and manage the marketing campaign roadmap  Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Mapping Map industry ecosystems including:  OEM manufacturers  Tier suppliers  System integrators  Line builders  Track key industry developments such as:  Automotive model launches  Factory expansions  Automation investment trends  Identify where automation projects are likely to occur  Brand Awareness & Industry Presence Increase Apera’s visibility within the robotics and automation ecosystem  Grow Apera’s LinkedIn presence and thought leadership  Coordinate participation in:  Robotics conferences  Automation trade shows  Industry events  Develop industry-relevant marketing content  Sales Alignment Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals Support account-based marketing campaigns targeting strategic accounts Ensure marketing activities generate qualified automation opportunities Performance & Analytics Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot  Track marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue  Continuously optimize marketing programs  Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience in industrial technology, robotics, or automation  Strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation  Experience working with technical products and engineering audiences  Familiarity with account-based marketing and industrial ecosystems  Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills  Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms  What Success Looks Like Apera becomes increasingly visible within the automation ecosystem  Marketing consistently generates qualified leads for SDRs  Strong campaigns drive engagement with target industries  Marketing contributes directly to pipeline growth  What we offer!  Equity Participation  As an employee-owned company, we provide a meaningful stock option program, enabling all team members to share in the company’s long-term success and growth.  Competitive & Transparent Compensation We offer a competitive and transparent compensation package aligned with market benchmarks. For this role, the expected on target earning range is MXN $1,000,000 – $1,200,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and commission.  Total compensation may be structured as a combination of base salary and performance-based bonus, with the overall earnings falling within this range and aligned to the achievement of defined marketing and pipeline generation targets.  The final compensation package will be determined based on a range of factors, including your experience, skills, and the value you bring to the role and the organization.  Offices: (Mexico Remote);
