ARC’One, our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, is home to a team of skilled makers and technicians who bring Arc’teryx products to life. Located near our Design Center, the facility plays an important role in how we prototype, test, refine and manufacture the technical gear we are known for.
Some of our most technically complex products including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here. The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc’teryx gear.

As the Manufacturing Quality Control Supervisor, you ensure Arc’teryx brand integrity through the development and maintenance of quality management systems including CAPA, inspection programs, product quality standards, and quality training programs across all product categories in ARC’One while leading and developing a strong production quality team.

If you were our Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Quality Control here are some of the core activities you would be doing:: You manage quality systems in raw materials/receiving, cutting and bundling, and production areas
You lead and develop the Production inline and final QC team to ensure effective growth of the team
You motivate and guide the quality team using effective communication, training, and team building skills
You develop and implement Quality training programs to ensure Arc’teryx quality standards are efficiently upheld
You oversee non-conformances and ensure completion of root cause analysis of quality issues through collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to result in effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions
You seek opportunities for improvement and drive standardization of quality and production
You analyze KPIs to identify key areas of opportunity and celebration
You utilize data to communicate prioritization to internal and external teams
You support New Product Introduction and develop and implement robust changeover processes
You collaborate with subject matter experts to create inspection plans for new and existing finished goods and raw materials
You assess product quality challenges and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to problem solve and define next steps
You work closely with the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) Finished Goods Inspection team to build training and alignment of standards across brand quality team

Are you our next Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Quality Control?: Required
You have 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing and quality with experience in a leadership role
You have 2+ years’ experience developing and/or executing quality management systems
You are a motivated problem solver and have a thorough understanding of RCA and CAPA methods
You are experienced in interpreting and analyzing data to communicate and drive decisions
You have strong leadership and team building skills
You have strong verbal and written communication skills
You are detail oriented and ask the right questions
You have ability to tactfully manage multiple interests and priorities
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
Assets
You have knowledge of apparel production systems as well as quality management systems
You have experience working with PowerBI, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Excel
You have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
You have fluency in a second language
You have knowledge of Arc’teryx products
