Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Business Development Representatives with a strong background in US sales and outbound calling. This role focuses on selling pre-qualified leads to insurance agents in the US, with high-volume outreach and revenue ownership.
Note
This role is focused on selling leads, not generating them (lead generation may be a secondary/occasional responsibility)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based insurance agents
Sell pre-generated, qualified leads to insurance service providers
Clearly communicate value proposition and pricing of leads
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems
Handle objections and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for lead allocation and quality feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in US Insurance/Leads sales (mandatory)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in outbound calling and closing deals in the US market
Experience selling leads/Insurance or services to service providers
Strong ability to manage high call volumes and conversion targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote setup
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US EST
Preferred Background
Experience working with insurance agents or in the insurance ecosystem
Prior exposure to lead-selling or marketplace business models
Candidates worked with International BPO's into US Insurance Sales process.
