Many of the students we serve are receiving support for the first time—giving clinicians the opportunity to make a meaningful impact early.
A Flexible Way to Earn Additional Income
This role is designed to fit alongside your existing work, not replace it.
Whether you’re:
Building a private practice
Working a full-time role
Looking to supplement your income
Hazel offers a predictable, low-friction way to add consistent earnings—without needing to find your own clients or manage a business.
How This Role Fits Your Life
Flexible Scheduling Within Peak Hours
Sessions take place during Nevada peak hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT
These hours define when sessions can occur—and does not mean you need to be available all day
You choose your schedule within that window based on your availability
For example:
See 2 clients per day, Monday–Friday
Or 5 clients across 2 days
Work 9am–12pm or 12pm–3pm—whatever fits your schedule
As long as sessions fall within peak hours and you meet the 10-client minimum, your schedule is fully customizable.
Start with 10 Clients — Scale Up or Down
Minimum: 10 clients per week
Option to increase your caseload up to 29 clients/week
You can:
Take on more clients when you want additional income
Then scale back down to 10 when your availability changes
No long-term commitment to a higher caseload.
We Help You Get Started
We support initial scheduling and caseload building, so you’re not responsible for filling your calendar from scratch.
