Lead Software Engineer (.Net + AWS)

About the Client  The customer is the leading European provider of e-tendering, procurement systems, and information between buyers and suppliers. The European government is a major user of their services. Project Tech Stack .Net (4.7 and newer), SQLServer, Docker, AWS, Kafka, Cloudformation What You’ll Do   Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience Writing clean, scalable code Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements  Troubleshooting issues  Leading the technical discussions and coaching team members What You Bring  Proficiency in .Net Competency in AWS cloud Strong leadership skills  Experience with SQLServer, Docker, Kafka, IaC (preferably Cloudformation) Knowledge of CI/CD and SDL processes with a good understanding of test automation Expertise in IIS and web applications (FE experience)  Refactoring skills Knowledge of software development methodologies  Positive attitude, good communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration in a multicultural environment Ability to navigate through complex systems and contribute to a continuous improvement environment English level Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
