Senior AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist

What You’ll Do Design scalable enablement programs to support enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools Develop tailored learning journeys for different user personas and maturity levels Promote best practices and increase user autonomy across teams Facilitate workshops, hands-on sessions, and training programs for business, technical, and executive audiences Translate technical AI capabilities into practical, productivity-focused use cases Adapt content and delivery approach to different audiences and contexts Create instructional materials, playbooks, user guides, templates, and enablement assets Develop reusable frameworks to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability Define and track adoption, engagement, and learning effectiveness metrics Recommend continuous improvements based on outcomes and participant feedback Evolve training content as new AI capabilities and features are introduced What You Bring Proven experience in corporate training, enablement, or change adoption in enterprise environments Hands-on experience with generative AI and automation tools (Claude, Gemini, Glean, N8N) Ability to facilitate sessions for both executive and technical audiences Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills Autonomous, consultative, and outcome-oriented approach Nice to have Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale AI adoption initiatives Background in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or technology Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning frameworks Portfolio of AI training or enablement programs English level English proficiency for technical documentation and stakeholder communication Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
