We are looking for a proactive Client Services Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our client-facing department. In this critical, hybrid remote role, you’ll ensure every account is handled with precision and every client interaction meets our high standards for compliance. The position requires collaboration, participation in in-person meetings, access to office resources, and partnership with cross-functional teams. This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment and involves computer-based work, including extended periods working at a computer, using standard office technology, and communicating through verbal, written, and digital channels. The role may require moving throughout the office and occasionally lifting or moving office materials up to <10 pounds. Data Integrity: Manage and audit client accounts with a high degree of accuracy. Administrative Support: Assist leadership with report generation, document management, and ensuring compliance across multiple digital platforms. Workflow Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks. Empower Collections: Assist collections specialists with settlement offers and account notations. Who You Are:: A Precision-Oriented Professional: You follow instructions precisely and take pride in the accuracy of your work. Quick to Learn: You’re comfortable with computers and ready to learn new tools. Ideally, you’ve used Excel or Google Docs for school or a past job. Qualifications: Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience, preferably in collections, fintech, or financial services. Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and strong organizational habits. Tech: Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools.
