From online platforms and professional networks to employee referrals, you’ll leave no stone unturned in your quest to find the perfect candidates. 🚀 Process Manager: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates from initial contact to offer negotiation. Our advanced ATS system streamlines scheduling, so you can focus on what matters most. 📊 Data-Driven Innovator: Stay ahead of industry trends and use data to continuously refine our recruitment strategies. What You Bring: - 5+ years' of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth environment. - Proven success in recruiting top talent across diverse roles and industries, with a focus on Marketing - Experience hiring in Ukraine - Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience. - Proficiency with ATS systems (we use Ashby, but we’ll train you if it’s new to you). - A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
