¿Te apasiona trabajar directamente con procesos de manufactura y tener impacto real en la calidad del producto final? En Fictiv buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Calidad de Proveedores que quiera estar en campo, colaborar con fabricantes y elevar los estándares de calidad en una red en crecimiento en México.
En este rol, serás el enlace clave entre nuestros socios de manufactura y las expectativas del cliente, asegurando que cada pieza cumpla con los más altos estándares desde el origen.
Lo que harás
Serás el punto de contacto técnico en sitio con proveedores, impulsando mejoras en procesos de manufactura (CNC, lámina, soldadura)
Evaluarás y habilitarás nuevos socios de manufactura junto con el equipo de Strategic Sourcing
Liderarás la resolución de no conformidades, guiando análisis de causa raíz y acciones correctivas efectivas
Ejecutarás auditorías (presenciales y virtuales) para asegurar cumplimiento con estándares de calidad
Colaborarás con equipos globales (EE.UU., China, India) para compartir mejores prácticas y estandarizar procesos
Contribuirás activamente a la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS)

Lo que buscamos
+7 años de experiencia en manufactura: CNC, lámina metálica y/o soldadura
Experiencia en PPAP, lanzamientos de nuevos productos y documentación de calidad
Dominio de herramientas core (PFMEA, Plan de Control, estudios de capacidad)
Experiencia con análisis 8D y resolución de problemas con proveedores
Capacidad para interpretar dibujos técnicos y GD&T
Inglés y español avanzados (nivel profesional)
Perfil autónomo, organizado y orientado a resultados
Auditor interno ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 (deseable)

Supplier Quality Engineer
Santa Catarina, Nuevo León (Monterrey area), Mexico | Occasional travel to suppliers
Are you energized by working hands-on with manufacturing processes and making a tangible impact on product quality? At Fictiv, we’re looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to partner closely with manufacturers and elevate quality standards across a growing supplier network in Mexico.
In this role, you’ll act as the critical link between our manufacturing partners and customer expectations—ensuring every part meets high-quality standards from the source.
What you’ll do
Serve as the on-site technical quality contact for suppliers, driving process improvements in CNC machining, sheet metal, and welding
Qualify and onboard new manufacturing partners in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing team
Lead nonconformance resolution by coaching suppliers on root cause analysis and corrective actions
Conduct on-site and remote (virtual) audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Partner with global teams (US, China, India) to share best practices and standardize processes
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

What we’re looking for
7+ years of experience in manufacturing (CNC machining, sheet metal, welding)
Experience with PPAP, new product introduction, and quality documentation
Strong knowledge of core quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, capability studies)
Experience reviewing 8D reports and working directly with suppliers
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with GD&T
Professional fluency in English and Spanish
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) is a plus
