Purpose of Position
Pantheon is seeking a highly motivated Associate to support the continued growth of our US Private Wealth business. This individual will play a key role across client service, product support, and sales enablement, working closely with senior sales professionals and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong asset management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Product Support
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other due diligence questionnaires in coordination with internal stakeholders
Assist with the preparation and monthly update of marketing and reporting materials
Manage inbound requests from clients and prospective investors
Support investor onboarding processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion
Sales & Sales Support
Manage and maintain prospect pipelines to support sales strategy execution
Coordinate CRM updates, data integrity, and reporting
Drive prospect engagement through targeted outreach and campaign follow-ups
Provide analytical and logistical support for active sales opportunities
Assist in supporting various sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
Monitor and maintain competitive intelligence updates on key fund competitors
Knowledge and Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of experience at an asset management firm
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
Experience supporting sales, client service, or investor relations functions
Private markets experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of private wealth distribution channels a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Expected base salary - $110,000-$130,000
