About the Role
The Oncology Institute is excited to continue our growth with the expansion of new clinic locations in Florida. As we broaden access to high quality, patient centered oncology care, we are seeking Physicians who are passionate about focusing on exceptional patient care, advancing treatment through access to clinical trials, and practicing with the support of a strong, collaborative care team.
At TOI, physicians practice at the top of their license while being supported by an integrated care model designed to reduce administrative burden and allow you to focus on patient care.
Practice & Clinical Support Model
Established referral network with a growing patient panel
On-site infusion services
Dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
Technology-enabled workflows to support efficient, high-quality care
Shared call structure with call coverage (Q4 – every 4 weekends)
Compensation Structure
Competitive base salary starting at $400,000+ with clearly defined incentive opportunities. Salary dependent upon experience and location.
wRVU incentive model rewards thoughtful, sustainable growth by recognizing productivity alongside quality of care, patient experience, and sound clinical documentation.
Typical physicians can achieve $550,000+ in total cash compensation once established
